Cancellation requests for SAWC Fall 2025 must be received by August 3, 2025. Upon receipt of a cancellation request a refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of $150.00 (or the full registration amount, whichever is less).
You may also transfer their registration to another person prior to September 2, 2025.
Cancellations received after August 3, 2025 will not be refunded, regardless of the reason.
