The Registration Desk is located in the Octavius Ballroom Foyer. Please pick up your badge during registration hours:

- Thursday, September 4 | 7:00 AM – 6:45 PM
- Friday, September 5 | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday, September 6 | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Whether you need help downloading the mobile app, finding a session room, or claiming credits, the SAWC Fall team is here to assist you. Visit the Help Desk at Registration Desk 4. If a team member is not available, please check back later or go to the main Registration Desk for assistance.
Claiming Credit
You may claim credit for all sessions until October 6, 2025. To claim credit, click here. Step-by-step instructions will also be found in your onsite conference guide. Visit our website for accreditation information.
Podiatrists: The Council on Podiatric Medical Education (CPME) announced changes that make your time at SAWC even more impactful. The requirement to check in every four hours to verify attendance has been eliminated.
